And it does make sense, otherwise a "decline to state" voter participation would defeat party purposes.
So if voters want to vote for Clark in the primary, and he is running on the Democratic Party ticket, they would have to change whatever party affiliation they now have to the Democratic Party. I think that the American Green Party (GPUSA) is misnamed. It should be the Red Party, not red as in Communist but red as in angry.
